Unfortunately right after the oysters arrived I was admitted to the hospital with peritonitis (not from the oysters, but due to being on peritoneal dialysis). We kep go hem refrigerated as per the instructions and only lost a few. We decided to make Oysters Rockefeller to keep them longer. We froze them after preparing and are enjoying them a little at a time. Peritonitis is gone and the oysters are delicious!
