Arrived as promised-all in great shape—small but very tasty—there size actually worked really well for our Oyster Rockefeller—tasting them as I shucked them was interesting as each variety definitely has there on flavor profile—my personal favorite when eating them raw was the Blackberry Oyster—when covering them with the Rockefeller sauce it didn’t matter-this was my second order and I just ordered 200 to be delivered for the holiday

Great oysters! Very well packaged. Great communication from the company. I liked the variety although it was hard to tell them apart. I only had 4 duds out of 100 which is great. My local shop usually gives me a dud in a dozen. I would highly recommend buying them.
