Little Wicomico Oysters on a Half Shell make entertaining a breeze! Our pre-shucked oysters on a half shell arrive frozen and ready for fixings (no need to thaw!). This oyster recipe features garlic and parsley compound butter for a super simple but oh-so-flavorful and beautiful dish. We used our frozen oysters here, but you can use any of our fresh-caught oysters to make this tasty treat.

Cockrell’s Marine Railway in Heathsville, Va., delivered a 20′ x 8′ x 6″ oyster barge in January to Sapidus Farms in Heathsville, Va.

Seafood Products has several boats and cold-storage bait operations on Virginia’s Northern Neck. Their Reedville plant is on a wharf along Cockrell Creek, just up from George M. Butler’s Reedville Marine Railway.
