Fresh and clean

The oysters arrived totally fresh and in perfect condition. Also very clean with not a lot of sand. The taste was briny, which worked very well broiled and in risotto but I was not a fan of it raw (personal preference)

Excellent, clean oysters.

Purchased 50 and they were excellent. We had 30 or so raw and the rest lightly steamed with butter. All were very easy to open. Next time, I’ll get some that are a bit more briny (personal preference). Came shipped in cooler with ice packs. Put in fridge and then enjoyed.

Overall really good oysters. This is our 2nd time ordering. We had Rock Hole the 1st time, this round we ordered Smith Point and Blackberry. Smith Point I think for me was mild tasting, while the Blackberry had a clean taste. We had 2 that was bad.

The Smith point s i recieved were deliscious but a little on the smaller side ,however,i would buy them again .shipping was very fast and oysters were packaged on ice very well ,thanks Wycomico,I am a customer for life
