The delivery was a day late because of ups but all 100 oysters arrive still cold with ice and everyone of them where delicious.

These oysters were the best for raw on the half shell that I’ve had in a good while and reasonably priced to boot. They right sized, with good flavor and chew. I tried a few grilled with garlic butter and grated fresh Parmigiano. They were good but they were a bit small for that.
I will definitely be ready to order more of these again soon. Oh and though I had them for a whole week before finishing them, I only had one go bad. I was very happy with that!

Never shucked oysters before and decided to give it a try. Sampler kit knife did the job, used the hinge technique for nearly all. Oysters were fresh and delicious. 2-3 looked dry inside so I didn’t eat them, the rest were great. Size of each type was good, with a couple much larger than others. Highly recommend and will order again in the future.
While shucking 100 oysters is a lot of work when you have never done it before, it is easily accomplished after watching a couple of YouTube videos! Excellent quality and I appreciated the variety. Everyone was happy! Would do it again, but if you’re making oyster Po Boy’s, buy them already shucked…we ate them fresh and in Po Boy’s; it was worth the effort for fresh, but save your grip if you are cooking them!
